I bought a Rte 113C last trimmer last year and have used it a handful of times because the line retreats and refuses to exit the slot. I have removed the center ball to rewind and reinsert however it works for 1 minute and then again retreats again inside the ball. It's relatively new, could it be the line size really? Where can I go to check out the problem? I bought it in Kirkland, Qc.
