How do I put new trim spool on...

I cant seem to get the end off so I can spool some new line on ??

3 1. Remove shield. 2. Firmly pull on the tap button. The tap button is on the very bottom and is what you tap on the ground to get new line. 3. Put the new line in with the direction of the arrows on the spool. 4. Put the line in the notch. This is the part that goes out in four directions, two of them have notches. 5. Align the notch with the exit hole and snap back into place. Make sure you fed some line through the exit hole in the hub. 6. Pull on the line to release it from the notch or it will not work properly.
