Can't pump gas into carb.New "bubble",tubing to filter,filer clean,sprayed carb cleaner,diaphram 'looks'OK.

0 When I push the primer bubble it stays pushed in about half way,just barley pumps fuel. It will start but when I squeeze the trigger it will die. what is wrong
