How can I adjust the steering on a 1994 WEM125r38 ...

How can I adjust the steering on a 1994 WEM125r38 weed eater riding tractor? It turns all the way to the left (too far) and only about 20 degrees to the right. There is no way to adjust the gear sector position relative to the front axle
