0 As simple as it sounds, spray a bit of spray carburetor cleaner into carb, wait 30 minutes or so, and do it again. Start up mower and run at full throttle in normal usage situation. Wouldn't hurt to put some in gas tank. It may take a little while for obstruction to clear completely. You may need additional treatments. It worked for my mower.
