did a carb daiphram replacement and the blower sti...

did a carb daiphram replacement and the blower still won,t start. seem like no fuel is being pumped into the cylinder.Pressure tested carb seems ok. there are two lines coming from the gas tank a thin line and a thicker line which one goes to the inlet on the carb that is the primer bulb
