L200 series hot tub. Two pumps. Two speed directly...

L200 series hot tub. Two pumps. Two speed directly behind heater pack. It's been replaced. Topside control replaced. Single speed pump needs replaced. Blower, ozone won't work. Circuit board getting correct power. Heating properly. Filters 4 hours with two speed pump. What is going on with this.
