Problem with my VDO Dayton Portable Generator… I need a manual for a 4w167 dayton standby generator 8000 watt

checked resistance on windings per schematic… . checks ok. voltage is 145 when its suppose to be 240 phase to phase. 70 volts phase to ground. im getting 240 at capaciter leads. 10 hours on generator.
