Question About Troy-Bilt Trimmer Straight Shaft Trimmer
TB80 EC Straight Shaft Trimmer...

Two string heads came with trimmer. One is a "bump-head" attachment that works fine. The other is a "speed lock" attachment that doesn't seem to lock! The directions do not seem to address this attachment, but the text molded into the plastic parts seems simple - just doesn't work. Please advise!
