replaced all fuel lines and fuel filter,replaced gaskets for carb and block, changed the spark plug, fresh fuel oil mix. cleaned all air vents in the gas cap. The problem is fuel continues to flow into the carberator after the engine is shut down. Tried adjusting the High / low needle valves but can't get the engine running properly. what are the settings on the high / low adjustments. ?
