Question About Troy-Bilt Trimmer TB20CS
Pull Rope Starter won't engage to turn over motor...

Tried to start the trimmer and when I pull the rope I get clicking noises and it won't turn the motor over. Minimal resistance when I pull the rope. It has spring assist starting on it. Can't find instructions on removing the pull rope assembly to repair problem.
