I have a troy bilt walk behind string trimmer. 4hp model 52036. I recently purchased it and need to know how to attatch the strings to the head..

0 You need a wrench to loosen the nut enough to thread your trimmer line into the channel. When you have both ends equal pull them up into the slots, then tighten the nut back down. I'm looking for an owners manual, do you know a source? riders@albany.net I recently purchase my trimmer, same model, and like it, but am having problems keeping it running.
