I have several attachments (weed trimmer, hedge trimmer, cultivator, edger) and they are all behaving the same way (under powered). As the engine is running and responding fine, and it is unreasonable to assume that all 4 attachments had a problem at once, we must conclude the problem is in the unit itself. When I cut the power to the engine (i.e. give up), I hear something metallic spinning for several seconds. This noise was not there before.
