Question About Troy-Bilt Trimmer TB490BC
Clutch rotor on TB490BC...

I can't seem to be able to remove the clutch rotor to get to the recoil pulley. Any suggestions? It looks to have a small metal disk holding it on, but it is flush with the rotor and am unable to grab it. The blow up diagram shows it as being removeable.
