Clutch Assembly

for Troy-Bilt Trimmer TB25ET

I'm trying to repair the starter rope, which has pulled out and will not retract. I'm attempting to get the cover off so I can get at the rope and pulley, but I cannot get the clutch assembly off. How do I take the clutch off so I can remove the cover?
