Well, you folks have a nice website ... however, as many times as I have tried, and even though it says the manual I am seeking is in a file cabinet I have yet to see this manual. If there is a charge you should say so and tell me how much, this is a merry-go-around and very annoying ... why don't you say exactly what buttons to hit and what happens ... you guys need to have a real person help you offer your products to the public.
