my tiller runs away with me when I put it in gear. It's pretty spooky. I can't figure it out. I need a manual or some input. Edgar

The ManualsOnline team has found the manual for this product! We hope it helps solve your problem. Get the Manual Here
0 I have the manual for the Junior (model 15006) with the Tecumseh 4.0 hp engine (model HS40). The Operator Manual is for the Econo-Horse, Pony, and Junior Tillers, models 15010, 15009, 15008, and 15006. I also have the parts manual for my model. However, I can't upload them since they are in printed format - I would need to scan them to convert them into electronic files or have them copied. I saw a comment on someone who mentioned the tiller taking off when you hit a rock while tilling - best way I found to maintain control is to NOT put downward pressure on the tiller. Let it break the soil at its own rate and gradually lower the depth gauge. It takes a few more passes, but I can tell you that it doesn't wear out the operator! I just now have put my Junior up for sale since I no longer have a use for it - it's in great shape and always starts easily and runs smoothly. I live in Olympia, WA. Email is kautzmannwa@yahoo.com
