Question About Troy-Bilt Tiller 12097
troy bilt tiller/edger model # 12097...

Our tiller has been sitting for a couple of years (gas empty) and it will not start. It will fire, the spark plug is getting fire and it will turn over but just not start. What all do we need to check? Cannot find owner's manual and cannot download manual. Thank you!
