Question About Troy-Bilt Tiller 15008
Troy-Bilt PONY Tiller...

Maneuvering Clutch lever will not engage to move in a rearward direction. How can adjustment be made? Are there any adjustments that can be made on the forward and rearwart drive belts? The belts appear to be slipping when in a hard pull of tilling. I do not have a manual for this Pony.
