Question About Troy-Bilt Tiller four-speed horse model -
tiller won't move into either forward or reverse. ...

tiller won't move into either forward or reverse. Linkage does not "move" the lower part of the tiller. It is as if it is "frozen up."

0 Is the engine mounting platform supposed to move up and down on the engine mounting bars (pins) when attempting to shift?
