throttle...

The engine starts and runs but won't throttle up to cultivate. Do you know what the problem might be?

5 I had the same problem. It turns out that the governor was gummed-up with oil and dirt and was basically frozen in place. Once I clean the governor area with Gum-Out, it ran fine. You'll find the governor on the bottom of the engine at the back.
