Question About Troy-Bilt Tiller 12168
Reversing tiller handle and moving forward...

I have a versatiller and I can get the handle to swivel so the tines will be in front but I cannot get the tines to "rotate" in the opposite direction. Is there a lever or something that I need to engage for them to rotate the opposite direction? Thanks.
