MY WHEELS ARE TRYING TO LOCK UP ON MY REAR TINE TROY TILLER. I REPLACE MY THREE HORSE POWER MOTOR WITH A FOUR HORSE POWER ENGINE . THE ENGINE RUNS FINE BUT THE TINES ARE TURNING SLOW AND THE WHEELS ARE TRYIN TO LOCK UP. THE BELT LOOKS A LITTLE WORN
