Question About Troy-Bilt Tiller 12057-7HP
leak in the front of the transmission on my old Troy Bilt Horse...

I have developed a leak from hole spot on the front of the transmission that doesnt seem to have any function. It looks like maybe a brass bushing with a plug or end of a shaft in it. What is this thing?
