ENGINE THROTTLE...

I HAVE A 8hpTILLER SERIAL No 120670200919 IT HAS BEEN IN MY DADS SHED FOR YEARS IT HAD NO THROTTLE CABLE .I CAN NOT SEAM TO CONNECT IT TO THE ENGINE TO GET IT TO RUN RIGHT .I NEED A WORKSHOP MANUAL SO THAT I CAN OVER HAUL IT TO BRING IT BACK TO GOOD AS NEW CAN ENEY ONE HELP ME OUT HERE
