Question About Troy-Bilt Tiller 12210-6.5HP
drive belt replacement...

I do not know how to install a new drive belt on the pulley controlling the drive shaft. The frame is to close to just slip the belt over and I have been unable to remove the bolt holding the pulley. Is there something I am missing
