Question About Troy-Bilt Snow Blower 5024
Won't start, replaced plug and gas refilled with seafoam and new gas....

I can't get the blower to start. I replaced the spark plug and check for sparks,ok. Replaced old gas from last season. Think I may need to clean air filter, how do yo access? 5 yr old blower. using electric start. Could carb be fouled?
