I have a Troy Bilt 521 and it will not start either manually or with the electric start. It was running fine when I shut if off. I came back awhile later and tried to start and it wouldn't start. It won't even fire. Gas is good and I installed a new spark plug with .030 gap and still won't start. Bought this snow blower new in Dec 2003 and has not been used much.
