Trying to start brand new 2410 blower today -- engine won't catch and start. Doesn't seem to be getting gas. When pushing primer button, seems like just pushing air. I believe the gas tank might be filled too full. Could that cause a problem like this. motor technician at my office said to look for a gas shut off valve, but I don't see that on manual diagram.
