Troy-bilt 24" Snow Thrower Model # 31am62n2711 won...

Troy-bilt 24" Snow Thrower Model # 31am62n2711 won't start, even with the electric start. At the end of last season I ran the motor until it was out off gas. I just filled it with new gas today, it would not start. I put in a new spark plug, it will not start.
