Question About Troy-Bilt Snow Blower 31as6gn3711
Revs high and low...

Is it normal for this model to rev up and down constantly? It seems to shut off when I try to lower down the RPM? Also how does the wheel come off I took the bolt off but can't seem to come off!! I tried using a sledge hammer and no luck.. Thanks hope to hear from you soon.. Thanks, Raul T
