oil leak...

i started my snowblower (troy bilt 24' )and it is leaking oil any idea's?

0 my new snowthrower leak oil over summer & in fall seize engine when I started it. Had it rebuilt but still leaked oil. After changing crank cover gasket twice found leak was in block as shown on picture
