My 7524 troy-built snow thrower will not start. I plugged in the electric start and pushed the ignition button. At first it began to start as normal, then it stopped and made no sound. It was primed, controls in the proper positions, and fresh gasoline. I tried using the rope but it work not turn it over. Help
