My 2690XP will not start; pull starter rope will only come out so far then stops. Electric starter just makes a "grrr" sound when the starter button is pushed. Wonder if it is frozen up somehow???? ANY SUGGESTIONS??? Buried in snow and more on the way.....HELP!
