I just got this snow blower out to use for the first time this year and it will not move. It starts up fine with either the pull start and the electric start. The wheels are locked and it wont move an inch.... This is a work snow blower and I' ve never used it before and do not have the manual. Am I missing something here? I do not see a brake any where on the machine to keep it from moving.... Any Ideas??
