Question About Troy-Bilt Snow Blower 1030
Discharge Chute directional lever cable...

How does the cable wrap around the pulley on the discharge chute? My cable seems intact, but the excess slack prevents it from working. I've taken the cover off and see that the pulley is no longer wrapped, but it seems there are several ways this can go and none of them have worked for me. Any suggestions?
