powdery snow 6 " only thows small amount of snow, plows the rest leaving rows. It was tuned up and tech said belts fine. there is a screw tightening devise on cable that comes from handle and goes down to turn the the auger on. does this need tightening? it only moves a small amount when you depress the handle. and does righty tighty theory apply?
