0 Having same problem. Attempted to search for Troy-Bilt manual using this model #. Troy-Bilt site advised ser# format was incorrect. Was sure I copied corectly. Checked Troy-Bilt product ID tag and noticed "Manufactured under license to Briggs & Stratton". Went to Briggs site and entered model # and was successful in downloading the correct manual. BOTTOM LINE: 020337 IS BRIGS MODEL # not Troy -Bilt. Hope this helps.
