I am a senior and have a troy-bilt 10 hp generator. We needed it last night and it would not crank.I looked at the spark plug, checked to see if the carb was getting gas.All fine pulled about 20 times off and on with no luck. We haven't run this darn thing very much at all, maybe 6 hr. Wish I could sell the dang thing. Thanks Bobby Tallahassee

5 If your generator has sit for over 6 months the gas could be bad, especially if you did not add sta-bil to the gas before storage. Always add sta-bil when storing and I keep a can of starter fluid and spray just a small amount into the breather before attempting to start and mine never fails. Had to start mine the other day after the storm hit Ky. and it started the first pull
