I have the 3500 watt model. I dont know how to drain the old oil and what weight and viscosity oil to use.

0 There should be a bolt coming from the engine below and to the left of the dipstick. This is the drain bolt.

In your Generator you should be using "mineral" oil only as synthetic will gunk up the piston rings etc. In temperate climates they suggest 15w40 but you need to consider the temperature in your region.

If you need a service kit you can find them on our website. This includes Air Filters, Oil, Fuel Filters etc. Everything you will need to service your generator.
