I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING AND STILL WON'T START...NEEDS TO BE TIMED...HOW DO I DO THIS?

0 If it's like most small engines, the timing is set by a key between upper shaft and the flywheel....remove recoil, remove flywheel nut; flywheel shaft opening should be on a taper so a light tap or tug should free it....key will be visible....if it's distorted even a small amount, it will mess up the timing....replace and reassemble.....
