Question About Troy-Bilt Lawn Mower 12AI865Q711
won't start...

My lawnmower is a troybuilt Hodna engine. It has oil, gas, and spark plug, and has never been used, but it will not start. The pull cord is loose and pull just fine. It has an auto choke.The lawn is laughing at me! Can you help?
