WON'T START...

MY 2009 TROY RIDING MOWER HAD A WIRE TRAPED IN BETWEEN THE HOOD AND THE FRAME.THIS CAUSED THE MOWER TO STOP.IS THERE A FUSE I CAN CHECK.IT WON'T START,AFTER THIS?
