Question About Troy-Bilt Lawn Mower b809h
Won't go forward (or back)...

My son was mowing the lawn, the mower stopped (engine running, mower deck engaged, no forward motion). When we restarted, smokes when I press the go pedal. Is the brake stuck? The belt worn out? transmission problem? Help?
