Question About Troy-Bilt Lawn Mower J830
Won't drive...

I've got a 2004 Troy Bilt Pony and the rear wheels won't turn, so I can't push it won't go forward or backward while it's running, but after it sits in gear for about a minute, the belt starts to smoke. The belt looks good and all the pullies seems like they're free. Help?
