Two questions #1- the manual on my mod#13027 Hydro...

Two questions #1- the manual on my mod#13027 Hydro say to use 20W20 oil for my. Will the hydraulic fluid for an exmark hydro work in its place? #2-when the reservoir runs dry is there anything special you have to do to bleed the air in the lines. I have filled the reservoir but the hydro is still not pulling properly. Help!!!!!
