Trying to find the answer for my mower deck not en...

Trying to find the answer for my mower deck not engaging. I've looked for debris blocking the blades, none. The blades move freely pulling manually and all belts are intact. I'm curious if it could be the switch and need to know how to test that if it's a possibility. Thank you for any help.
