When I get it started, it runs for a few seconds and then stalls out. I restart it, and if I push the plunger over and over, it will stay running. I realize pushing the plunger is feeding it gas, but why won't it run on its own? I have checked the air filter - it's good. I was told there is a filter in the gas tank that could be plugged. Is this true?
