the trans belt will not clear the bracket at the back of the rear top pully. i removed the two bots that hold the braket only to discovered it was tack welded on both sides. Must be another way. the diagram in the manual shows only the top of the pully arrangement, Please dont tell me i have to take the top off the mower just to replace the top belt. Please advise, i have new blades and belt in hand but stuck as to how to get off and on ........... thanks
