the brake pedal is so low it will not go into gear...

the brake pedal is so low it will not go into gear. very hard to stop, goes to the bottom of travel

5 maybe you could adjust the brake rod....long metal rod with threads on top. Underneath mower connected to break pedal. or replacement disc for brakes. just like car disc brakes.
